Downtown by Philippe Starck - NYC building

Downtown by Philippe Starck is an entirely renovated and designed building downtown NYC. In fact its the former JP Morgan building. He turned it into an amazing residential building with gym, pool, park, etc. This is a truly unique form of living and one has to hurry up in order to still get an apparmtent.
Even the appartment interiors are designed by Starck himself.
So, if you are interested, you better start running and saving.
