Jumbolair - with your airplane right next door

Jumbolair is a new project in Florida, where flight enthusiasts can now live right next to the private airfield. Its like a private compount inclusing the largest private starting ramp in the world - 4 km. That way one can fly home and walk from the airplane to the house.
Of course John Travolta has already purchased a share of the compount.
