Starck strikes another ICON building

After having almost finished the ICON building in South Beach, Miami, there is already a new real estate project for Philippe Starck.
Soon he will be working on two new towers in Las Vegas. They will each have 48 stories and appartments are almost all already reserved or sold.
Prices range from 400.000$ for a one bedroom up to no limits for the penthouse.
It seems like Starck is having fun with this. Downtown by Starck in NYC was his first project of that kind, with Miami, Las Vegas is now his third.
