Vans x NaCo!!!

vans_x_naco

Somebody made me notice this collaboration of Vans taking place mostly in Mexico and just a little bit in the States.

The Vans/NaCo-collaboration-shoes are being sold since yesterday in selected stores in Mexico and in one store in the states. The "I Heart DF" design is by Mexican designer Naco. The "DF" stands for Distrito Federal, the official designation of Mexico City as the national seat of government.

NaCo in Mexico-speak means “tacky,” “low-class,” “uncool” and managed to kick out the designer fashion tee`s out of the people`s closets to instead wear NaCo. In the meantime they have become big In Mexico and are also part of the MTV fashionista Program 2005. A lot to come from these guys.

As you can see, this collaboration is done by 2 big names. Only 500 will be made, so you better hurry up if you want to get your hands on a pair.
Check here.

Enjoy,

David
