DSM update!!!
Doverstreet Market will be receiving some great stuff over the next month. The Junya Watanabe re-constructed Workwear collection for man is a very nice one to drop soon.
"Functional workwear is given an unexpected twist as Junya Watanabe collaborates this season with Ben Sherman, Post and Pointer. Signature workwear silhouettes and fabrics are re-worked into a collection of tailored jackets and pants worn with re-constructed and over-dyed Lacoste Polo shirts, with the famous crocodile taking a walk on the wild side, all over the polo shirt."
I am looking forward for these overdyed Lacoste polo's.
Another nice collaboration to enter DSM are the tee's of artist Duggie Fields, a big name in the popart era.
"British artist, Duggie Fields' work includes a portrait of Malcolm McDowell for A Clockwork Orange [commissioned by Stanley Kubrick]. His early work moved from Minimal, Conceptual and Constructivist phases to a more hard-edge post-Pop figuration."
Last but not least, they are doing it since a while, but I still love it - the Fred Perry x Comme des Garcons collaboration polo's. They refreshed the design a bit and have new ones for this season and DSM exclusively.
Other new collections as of Jan. 19th at DSM are:
Comme des Garçons Shirt, Comme des Garçons Homme, Comme des Garçons Comme des Garçons, Tricot and Junya Watanabe Levi's.
Alaia, Lanvin, Boudicca, Undercover, Number (N)ine, Martin Margiela, Raf Simons, Casey Vidalenc, Universal Utility, Christian Astuguevieille and many more.
Head over to DSM when you are around in London.
Enjoy,
David
