10CorsoComo - simply amazing !!!!!

Now we come to the most exciting visit in Milan. 10CorsoComo!!!!!!

First off, sorry for the bad pictures, but as you can imagine 10CorsoComo was not excited of me takling pictures and therefore I had to do that sort of undercover.

10CorsoComo consists of several parts. There is a Gallery displaying artists (at the moments it`s photographs from the 50`s and 60`s). Then there is a book gallery, which is huge and has an incredible choice. They have one really big room on Art books, another big room on special cd`s/dvd`s and another very big room on books about fashion and architecture. If you cannot find the book you are looking for in these genres in 10CorsoComo, is definitely does not exist. For me one of the highlights were the latest Visionaire`s with the toy line-up. They were bigger and much nicer then I thought. All of this goes on in the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a bar. The beautiful patio has a good amount of seats outside, with a lot of plants, giving it a very special atmosphere in downtown Milan. I did not eat there, but food looked great and Coke was served in Coke bottles especially made for 10CorsoComo. Served is typical italian food.

Now we come to the most exciting part of 10CorsoComo: the fashion/gadgets/interior design rooms. In there you find so much cool stuff, it just never ends. Therefore I will also forget a lot here. In terms of fashion brands they have Comme des Garcons, John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Burberry Corsum, Gucci, A bathing Ape, Visvim, Nike, Adidas and many more. Right now they also have 50% sales on all of them (besides bape, of course). They also had the Comme des Garcons Bearbrick, with matching t-shirt, especially done for Corso Como. They have special edition Swatches, bearbricks, designer toys in general, bags, shoes, it just does not end. In the interior design section there is special edition furniture, plates, lamps and other loads of other stuff. As souvenirs one can buy the 10CorsoComo water, balsamico, oil and a variety of other products under their own name. Basically they have the limited editions of limited edition brands. All sorts of collaboration items from 10CorsoComo and unknown (for now) designers but also for example collaborations like Fred Perry x Comme des Garcons shows up. Please forgive me, because I am forgetting a lot of amazing things.

Other than all that, there is always the 3 rooms 10CorsoComo hotel. It consists of 3 individual hotel rooms, each uniquely designed with special pieces of art and special furniture. The rooms are actually not small at all and have quite good pricing (around 300 Euros/room/night) for Milan.

Overall I have to say that 10CorsoComo is an incredible place and one should not miss it, when visiting Milan. But the prices are also simply crazy. For things that you can only find there, I might understand, but things that are available in other shops too (or online), cost the double there (besides the books and cd`s). The designer toys sometimes go for more than the double price (Kaws bendy 300$). 10CorsoComo is like a gallery, where you look around and are amazed. For intensive shopping it`s too expensive, eventhough now with 50% discounts on most clothing it is ok and definitely worth it.
Hope this makes you want to go even more. I am definitely returning. The incredible Mix that you find there, you can only find in a handful of places around the globe.

In order to try to show a bit more what 10CorsoComo is about, see these pictures I took.

Enjoy,

David
